Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining data and financial records, and assisting in report preparation using Tally and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting entries, bank reconciliation, and ledger updates
  • Maintain sales, purchase, and expense records
  • Manage and analyze data in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, reports)
  • Prepare monthly reports and assist in audits
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all financial transactions

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • B.Com
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Indian accounting
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and data maintenance
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Good communication and coordination skills
