The Operations department plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. This position involves administrative tasks, assisting with process improvement initiatives, maintaining operational workflows, and providing support to ensure efficient business operations. The Operations department collaborates with various departments and teams to streamline operations, monitor performance, and ensure that all operational activities align with the company’s objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist in managing daily administrative operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing documents.
- Maintain and update operational records, reports, and files in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders or management.
- **Process Management**:

- Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and consistency across departments.
- Help identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in current processes and suggest improvements.
- **Coordination & Communication**:

- Act as a point of contact between different departments (e.g., finance, HR, logistics) to ensure smooth communication and the timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate logistics, shipments, and resources for operational projects and activities.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping for various operational systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Assist with tracking and managing budgets, expenses, and operational costs.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
