**Urgent Hiring for Finance Controller**

**Location - Mulund, Mumbai**

**Industry - Manufacturing**

**Responsibilities**:

- Payment verification of creditor’s bills cleared by team -before submitting to management.
- Verification of Credit Notes & Debit Notes as required by purchase. Ensuring appropriate payment is made on timely basis and deductions are made properly. Flagging issues to seniors and management if any
- MIS - Checking of RM OS, RM Payment release follow-up with team with party, Ensuring appropriate discounts have been received
- Ensuring reconciled balance with vendors and resolving issues if any
- Managing cash flows of the company
- Salary payment and ensuring timely and accurate payment and related statutory dues
- Attending all calls of stakeholders and solving their problems
- Attending calls from factory, release advance payment after verifying documents, issue cash, creditors payment release, solve any problem related TO finance
- Coordinating with plant /HR/Contractors and full fill their requirement
- Attend to all matters related to bank - Loans from banks, Bank Guarantee, LC & other finance related issues Should be capable of supporting the team, independently coordinate with bankers, solve issues with regards to banking and develop new systems and processes for smooth functioning of the activity
- Support to Credit controller, Payment follow-up with Debtors, attending Review Meeting with Sales Team if required
- LC Verification, Documents verification of LC Before submitting to Bank Solving LC related issues
- Preparing DP of Bank
- Attending Bank Audit, Preparing documents required for the same, send soft copy of documents through Mail, Arrange Factory visit of Banker
- Export Documents collection, Verification and follow-up with Bank if any issues, monitor of USD rate and convert USD to INR
- Import follow-up with Bank if any issues, monitor of USD rate and timely payment in USD and check 15CA CB to be issue
- Petty cash Statement verification of all factory, issue cash for factory after coordination with factory cashier
- Bank work of directors and other related matters whenever required
- Verification of advances paid to vendors. Ensuring that the material / service is received against the same, invoice is booked in system and if excess obtain refund from vendors
- Ensuring all recurring payments are made on timely basis.
- Timely renewal of Insurance and if any claim to be clear
