A leading Civil Defence company based in the UAE, is expanding its operations in India and is seeking Business Development Executives. The company specializes in providing innovative fire & safety solutions and services.

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a high-performing Customer Relations and business development Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team's potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management

**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Your main objectives are to be responsible for building new clients and growing assigned territories' sales revenue.
- Work closely with our Technical, Channel Partner, and Sales team to formulate selling strategies and campaigns to improve business.
- Accountable for achieving and overachieving your sales target to contribute to the sales team performance of your assigned region.
- You will have a deep understanding of our product, and service portfolio and how it complements solving customers' key challenges and improves their current sales revenues.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Preferred to have a valid degree or an MBA from a reputed institute.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the marine industry or any industry.
- Should have excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Job Location: You will be working from our office located at Kunnamkulam, Thrissur
