**Position Overview**

We are seeking a qualified **Electrical/Mechanical Engineer** to take on the role of **Coordinator [Customer Relation & Quotation]** within our dynamic sales team. This position involves supporting sales operations, managing documentation, coordinating activities, and maintaining effective communication between customers, sales teams, and other internal departments.

**Responsibilities**

**1.** Sales Support
- Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and quotations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer databases.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints.
- Provide product or service information to customers.

**2.**Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Create sales presentations and marketing materials.
- Organize and maintain sales-related documentation.

**3.** Order Processing and Coordination
- Track and coordinate order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to arrange shipments and manage inventory levels.
- Ensure accurate and updated information in the CRM system.

**4.** Communication and Relationship Building
- Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and internal departments.
- Foster positive relationships with customers, partners, and vendors to enhance sales opportunities.

**5.** Administrative Support
- Manage correspondence, scheduling, and filing for the sales department.
- Organize sales team schedules, travel arrangements, and accommodations.
- Maintain office supplies for the sales team.

**6.**Sales Analytics and Improvement
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and evaluate performance.
- Monitor metrics like conversion rates and sales targets, providing reports to the sales team and management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**

**1.** Mandatory:

- Strong proficiency in **English communication**.

**2.** Educational Background:

- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.

**3.** Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

**4.** Professional Skills:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

**5.** Additional Skills:

- Prioritization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
