The Collection Specialist is responsible for communicating with customers to ensure timely payment and collecting outstanding balances. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills as well as attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring delinquent accounts and ensuring timely payment
- Contacting customers to negotiate payment plans and collect outstanding balances
- Maintaining accurate records of all communications and actions
- Adhering to collections policies and procedures
- Achieving collections goals
- Performing other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High school (12th pass)
- Experience in collections or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail
- Computer skills
