Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the architectural and design industry.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and projects.
Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Client Engagement:
Approach clients for office revamp projects, understanding their needs and preferences.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase our capabilities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations.
Proposal Development:
Prepare detailed proposals and quotations tailored to the client's requirements.
Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and project deliverables.
Negotiation and Closing:
Conduct negotiations with clients to finalize project scope, terms, and pricing.
Close sales deals by securing client commitments and signed contracts.
Ensure a smooth handover to the project management team post-sale.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, at least 2+ years of experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with architectural and design concepts is a plus.
Salary - 20k - 25k + Incentives + TA + DA
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
