As we grow, we're looking for a passionate **PR & Media Executive** to amplify our story and expand our presence across traditional and digital media.

**Role Overview**:
We’re seeking a motivated PR & Media Executive who can manage press outreach, build media relationships, and shape L Kube’s voice in the public space. This role is ideal for someone with strong storytelling instincts, media understanding, and a desire to grow in the space of public relations and content promotion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute **PR strategies** to increase brand visibility in traditional and digital media.
- Draft and distribute **press releases, media pitches, and feature stories**.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **journalists, bloggers, influencers, and media houses**.
- Assist in **media coverage coordination** during events, camps, and product launches.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare **press reports and impact analysis**.
- Collaborate with the internal creative and content team to ensure brand consistency across channels.
- Maintain and update a **media contact database** and track outreach progress.

**Key Requirements**:

- 0 to 4 years of experience in PR, media communications, or journalism.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking ability and understanding of how the media industry works.
- A nose for news, angles, and opportunities to pitch brand stories.
- Passion for storytelling, branding, and creative media strategies.
- Knowledge of social media trends and digital PR tools is a plus.
