Execute on business plans in order to maximise business volume and profitability.
Gain and maintain a solid business relationship with assigned third parties (Vendors, agencies, customers) to generate more business through a disciplined contact strategy.
Maintain strong working relationships with internal resources based on the principles of total account management
Provide feedback and address business issues affecting the performance of the relationship/portfolio with relevant personnel
Communicate new products and business trends collected on the field
Demonstrate full use of technology in delivering a professional, efficient and timely service to internal and external customers
Recommend pricing strategy for approval with supporting business case to include commentary on account profitability, competitive environment and portfolio performance
Complete accurate supplier files in line with company requirements (forecast
