**Job Title**: Bartender - Nksha Restaurant, Mumbai

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Craft and serve classic, signature, and innovative cocktails, premium spirits, and wine pairings to complement the menu.
- Recommend drink pairings based on guests' tastes and meal selections.
- Uphold the highest standards of beverage quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Engage proactively with guests, personalize the guest experience, and upsell beverage offerings.
- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while maintaining composure during peak hours.
- Ensure meticulous cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards at the bar station.
- Monitor inventory, track usage, and communicate procurement needs. Control beverage costs and use stock rotation best practices.
- Oversee cash register operations, process payments, and reconcile sales accurately.
- Train and mentor junior bar staff in advanced techniques, customer service, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate closely with the service and kitchen teams to enhance food and beverage synergy.
- Ensure strict compliance with local regulations, company policies, food safety, and responsible service requirements

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 6-8 years of bartending experience in upscale restaurants.
- Advanced expertise in mixology, wine and spirit knowledge, beverage pairing, and presentation
- Proven ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced hospitality environments.
- Strong organizational skills with inventory management and cost control acumen.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Ability to train, coach, and collaborate with junior bartenders and other F&B staff.
- Professional certifications in responsible alcohol service and food safety are preferred.
- Familiarity with POS and inventory management software.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a polished personal presentation.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
