Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings. Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details. Calling active and budding clients to encourage to avail loans or change the bankers for better rates. Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.

Job Description:
Telecallers main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to the existing customers as well as potential customers. Tele callers are the individuals who initiate telephonic contact with prospective or existing clients to generate leads or sales. They are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company.

In addition to this, they should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them. They are required to understand the customer’s requirements and demands and close the sales deal efficiently. They are also required to write down important information provided by the customer and follow up with them on a regular basis.
