**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
- Oversee system administration tasks for Microsoft Windows Server, VMware, and Azure environments.
- Implement and manage IT service management processes using tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
- Ensure business continuity planning and disaster recovery strategies are in place and regularly tested.
- Provide technical support for end-users, including desktop support and remote access software troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Agile project management initiatives.
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds; troubleshoot issues related to LAN/WAN connectivity.
- Conduct regular security assessments to ensure compliance with information security policies.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate IT procurement processes.
- Supervise IT staff, providing leadership and guidance in daily operations.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in AWS, VMware vSphere, Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, Active Directory, and Cisco routers.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices for effective IT service management.
- Experience with SharePoint for collaboration and document management solutions.
- Knowledge of computer networking concepts including DHCP, firewall configurations, network security protocols, and network infrastructure design.
- Familiarity with Linux systems engineering is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
