**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day accounting operations including billing, invoicing, TDS, and GST filings.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and reconciliation of statements.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for timely payments and clearances.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.).
- Manage travel-specific accounting, including vendor settlement, credit notes, refunds, cancellations, etc.
- Support in audit preparation and liaising with external auditors.
- Maintain up-to-date records of financial transactions and documentation.
- Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and bank reconciliation.
- Use accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books, or any ERP used in the travel domain.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **3-4 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in the travel domain.**:

- Strong working knowledge of **Tally**, **Excel**, and accounting systems.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax laws.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred**:

- Experience working with **travel agency financial workflows**, booking platforms, or payment gateways.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
