**Job description**
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Greeting and Welcoming**:
- Warmly welcome visitors and ensure a positive first impression.
- Provide assistance and direction to visitors.
2. **Phone Management**:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Take and relay messages accurately.
3. **Front Desk Management**:
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
- Manage sign-in and sign-out procedures for visitors.
4. **Administrative Support**:
- Assist in general office tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
5. **Appointment Scheduling**:
- Schedule appointments and manage conference room reservations.
- Notify staff members of visitor arrivals.
6. **Communication**:
- Communicate effectively with employees and visitors.
- Relay important information to relevant parties.
7. **Information Resource**:
- Provide basic information about the organization and its services.
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel.
8. **Security**:
- Monitor and control access to the premises.
- Follow security protocols to ensure the safety of staff and visitors.
9. **Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate records of visitor information and appointments.
- Update contact databases as needed.
**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
