NOV Rig - Aftermarket is recruiting a **Warehouse Coordinator **to join our team at **Navi-Mumbai **location. Primary responsibilities of this role include:
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Receive and visually inspect the delivery of goods.
- Stow away goods on the inventory racks and assign locations based on availability.
- Notify production teams when goods arrive from outside vendor processing and customers.
- Move the received equipment to assigned locations.
- Retrieve goods from warehouse locations according to picklists provided by production teams and deliver them to requested shop floor locations.
- Keep the warehouse and shipping-receiving locations organized according to the established warehouse management protocols.
- Put away returned goods from the shop floor back into inventory locations and verify return goods documentation.
- Package and label finished and in-process goods before delivery to vendors or customers.
- Take pictures and create relevant documentation during receiving and shipping stages.
- Perform cycle count activities per the established NOV standard procedure.
- Work in an orderly manner ensuring store areas are kept clean and safe from hazards.
- Engage in any other activities assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Comply with local regulations, API and ISO standard requirements.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies.
- Receive delivery of orders in the ERP system.
- Update inventory locations for stored goods in the ERP system
- Perform compliance checks on equipment received from customers and store documentation in the document management system.
- Issue materials to work orders in the ERP system.
- Perform goods return transactions in the ERP system.
- Create shipping documents and coordinate equipment collection process.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS**
- Highschool Education or Higher with 3-5 years of demonstrated warehouse coordination experience.
