Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage the product backlog; prioritize features and improvements based on business impact, customer needs, and data insights.
- Translate business and customer requirements into clear user stories and product specs.
- Drive product development with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Service.
- Conduct customer journey mapping to identify friction points and improve engagement across touchpoints.
- Analyze product performance using metrics and customer data to inform decision-making.
- Ensure alignment with customer communication strategies including in-product messaging, notifications, and support content.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the product vision and roadmap align with strategic goals.
- Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and insights to iterate on the product.
- Collaborate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of Agile development.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or similar role in a tech-driven environment.
- Proven track record in building and launching successful products, preferably in B2C or B2B2C settings.
- Strong understanding of Sales and Service domain workflows and processes.
- Experience in customer journey mapping and implementing user-centric design solutions.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to make data-driven decisions using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Working knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and customer feedback platforms.

**Experience Required**: 2 - 7 Years
**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications like CSPO, SAFe
- Experience working with CRM platforms - Salesforce
