**Responsibilities**:

- Actively listen to client needs and concerns to identify opportunities to provide targeted solutions and recommendations.
- Offer presentations and conduct virtual meetings to educate clients on products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client needs and expectations.
- Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client profiles.
- Maintain detailed client records and track interactions within a CRM system.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and other performance metrics.

**Qualifications**: BBA, B.Com, Finance Background

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
