**Job description**
We are looking for Customer Care Executive for Delhi (Okhla Phase I) location.
**Role & responsibilities**:
- Customer service executives are often responsible for handling customer complaints and concerns
- Problem-solving skills enable them to solve issues quickly and successfully by analysing the cause of the problem
- Generating possible solutions and implementing a plan to resolve the problem.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Computer skills.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Technical support: 2 years (required)
Ability to Commute:
- Okhla Industrial Area Phase-i, Delhi, Delhi (required)
