Search Engine Optimization Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled, collaborative and driven individual to join our team as a Technical SEO Expert and Link Builder. In this role, you will optimise our clients' websites for specific keywords and develop and execute link building campaigns to enhance their online authority and search engine rankings. You will work closely with the department manager and a small team of digital marketing professionals across various - and mainly B2B -accounts. You will work autonomously on technical SEO tasks and collaboratively on link building initiatives.

This is a client facing role. Presentation and professionalism is of utmost importance. You will be trusted to autonomously develop and execute strategies while efficiently managing tasks to enhance our clients' online presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Technical SEO**
- Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify and resolve technical issues impacting SEO performance.
- Implement on-page optimisations including meta tags, headings, schema markup, and URL structures.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate effectively with the account management team, content creators and clients to implement SEO recommendations seamlessly.

**Link Building Campaigns**
- Develop and execute tailored link building strategies aligned with clients' goals, target audience, and industry.
- Build media lists and contact databases based on competitor analysis, research, and industry knowledge.
- Work closely with the PR lead on campaign ideation and development.
- Identify and outreach to relevant websites, bloggers, journalists, and influencers to secure high-quality link placement opportunities.
- Craft compelling outreach pitches to acquire valuable backlinks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with webmasters and influencers to facilitate ongoing link acquisition.
- Monitor, analyse, and clearly communicate the effectiveness of link building efforts, including impact on search rankings and organic traffic.

Role Requirements:

- Proven experience in technical SEO optimisation and link building strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach pitches and build relationships.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative SEO and link building strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with the ability to prioritise and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,377.03 - ₹35,099.77 per month
