**Key Responsibilities**:
**B2B Client Development**:

- Identify, target, and develop new B2B client relationships to expand our client base and increase revenue streams.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for B2B growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in potential client organizations.
- Create compelling B2B marketing strategies, proposals, and presentations to showcase our products/services to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless client onboarding and a smooth transition from lead generation to client acquisition.

**Retail Store Marketing**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive foot traffic, enhance customer engagement, and increase sales for our retail store.
- Design and implement creative in-store promotions, events, and campaigns to boost brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to create visually appealing and effective marketing collateral.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the retail operations team to understand customer preferences and tailor marketing initiatives accordingly.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to support product development and improvement based on client feedback and market trends.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in B2B client development and management.
- Strong understanding of retail marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
