**Package - 14000 to 16000**

**Job Location - Perungudi, Chennai**

**Qualification: Any Graduate / 12th / Diploma**

**Shift Timings: General shifts / Rotational Week Off**

**Language: Good Communication in English / Tamil**

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone.

Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding policies.

Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary.

Problem Resolution:
Investigate and analyze customer problems or concerns and provide effective solutions.

Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure timely resolution.

**Skills**:Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with a calm and professional demeanor.

A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Note: Immediate joiners preferable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
