**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Telecaller** to join our team. The telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound queries, promoting products/services, and converting leads into sales or appointments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company’s products/services.
- Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with existing customers.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate to close deals.
- Record all conversations and transactions for training and quality purposes.
- Provide feedback to the team leader/manager on customer trends and concerns.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required].
- Strong listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
- Patience and a positive attitude.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in any discipline

**Experience**:

- 0-2 years of telecalling or customer service experience preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply
