Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ahmedabad

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce products or services.
- Explain the features and benefits of products or services to customers.
- Answer questions and address concerns of potential customers.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
