**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Planning and Coordination**:

- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate tasks, resources, and schedules for IT projects.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up on action items.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and scope.
- Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for clients.
- Document and manage risks, issues, and change requests.
- **Team Support and Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, and management.
- Support team members by resolving minor conflicts and ensuring clear communication.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for improving project management processes.
- Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance project efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
- Familiarity with IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), or IT infrastructure projects.

**Skills**
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Basic understanding of IT systems and terminologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
