Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the placement of game development trainees in leading companies across India.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with gaming and IT companies to facilitate placement opportunities.

Liaise with trainees to understand their career aspirations and guide them through the placement process.

Organize and coordinate campus recruitment drives, interviews, and job fairs.

Identify and secure internship and job opportunities for trainees across PAN India.

Maintain records of trainees’ placement progress and outcomes.

Work closely with the training and development team to ensure that the trainees' skillsets meet industry demands.

Prepare and present placement reports to the management.

Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment practices in the gaming and IT sectors.

Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in placement coordination or a similar role, preferably in the gaming or tech industry.

Strong understanding of the game development industry and related career paths.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with trainees and employers effectively.

Ability to manage multiple placement initiatives simultaneously.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Proficient in using placement tracking tools and systems.

Ability to travel as needed for campus recruitment drives and job fairs across India.

Preferred:
Experience working with educational institutions or placement agencies in the game development or IT sectors.

Strong network of industry contacts in the gaming and tech fields.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
