Role Overview

The Part-Time Placement Officer will play a pivotal role in connecting our students with suitable job opportunities and fostering strong relationships with potential employers. This position requires a proactive, organized, and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the job market and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- **Job Vacancy Research**: Conduct thorough research to identify relevant job openings and internships that align with our students' skills, qualifications, and career aspirations.
- **Student Counseling**: Provide career counseling and guidance to students, assisting them in understanding their career goals, preparing resumes and cover letters, and practicing interview techniques.
- **Placement Process Management**: Coordinate the entire placement process, including scheduling interviews, following up with employers, and facilitating offers.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of student placements, employer interactions, and job market trends.
- **Employer Relationship Management**: Cultivate positive relationships with employers to ensure ongoing partnerships and referrals.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in organizing career fairs, workshops, and other placement-related events.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of the job market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with employers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and job boards.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- A passion for helping students achieve their career goals.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
