**Full job description**

**Looking for experienced FREIGHT BROKERS doing drayage only.**

We are looking for 10 competent **Freight Brokers doing mostly drayage sales.** As a Freight Broker for Krosland Logistics. This involves negotiating rates with carriers, coordinating shipments, tracking progress, and addressing any issues that may arise during transit.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of Logistics (preferred)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation management software.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
