job Requirements
1. Qualification: Any Graduate, Be Graduate Preferred.
2. Years of Experience: 1 to 3 Years, Freshers Can also Apply.
3. Technical Skills: Good Knowledge of Excel, Ms Word, Excellent Written and Verbal Communication.
4. Behavioral Skills: Team Work, Customer Communication
key Responsibilities:
1. New Inquiry Searching.
2. Making Calls to Dealers & Customers.
3. Quotation & Verbal Communication with Customer.
4. to Make Indents and Quotations.
5. to Handle Walk in Customers.
6. Production & Dispatch Follow Up.
7. Handle Customer Complaints About Short Supply & Dispatches.
8. Payment Follow Up with Dealers & Customers & Inform to Accounts.
9. Inquiry Follow Up & Finalise the Order.
10. Sales Improvements & Achieve the Company Goal.
11. Ensure There are No Pending Quotation/ Indent Formation.
12. Checking Mails Daily. Check WhatsApp /text Messages for Any New Requirements.
13. Ensure all Quotations to Be Sent to Customer On the Same Day with Correct Pricing And
specifications. all Quotations/ Indents Should Be Properly Given to Respective
person/department.
14. Inter Department Coordination Should Be Done Until Material is Dispatched After Order
finalisation. Follow Up On Each Quotation Should Be Done Daily.
15. Updating Indent Status On Google Sheet. Upload all the Quotations and Indents On Google
drive.
