**Creating and Maintaining Accurate 3D Models**:

- BIM modelers are responsible for developing and maintaining **precise 3D models** using specialized software such as **Revit, AutoCAD, or similar platforms**.
- These models represent various aspects of a building project, including architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
- **Collaboration and Integration**:

- BIM modelers coordinate and integrate models from different disciplines (architecture, structure, and MEP) to ensure compatibility.
- They identify and resolve clashes between systems before construction begins, ensuring smooth project execution.
- **Detailed Drawings and Documentation**:

- BIM modelers generate detailed **fabrication and installation drawings** from the 3D models.
- These drawings include plans, sections, elevations, and other views necessary for construction.
- **Standards and Quality Assurance**:

- **Project Collaboration**:

- BIM modelers actively participate in project meetings, providing insights on model progress, clash detections, and coordination efforts with stakeholders.
- **Quantities and Cost Estimation**:

- They extract quantities and cost estimates from BIM models, supporting procurement and budgeting processes.
- **Digital Library Management**:

- BIM modelers create and manage the project’s digital library of BIM components, including parametric families and objects specific to project needs.
- **Visualization and Stakeholder Engagement**:

- They implement virtual and augmented reality presentations of BIM models, facilitating project visualization and design reviews.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
