**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **MEP Modeling**: Develop, modify, and maintain 3D MEP models using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within the building model.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience as an MEP BIM Modeler in construction or engineering projects.
- **Software Proficiency**: Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit for MEP modeling, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM-related software.
- **MEP Knowledge**: Good understanding of MEP systems design and construction (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection).
- **Clash Detection**: Familiarity with tools like Navisworks or BIM 360 for clash detection and coordination.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Certification**: Certification in Revit or BIM-related courses is a plus.
- **Education**: A degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience with Other BIM Software**: Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, and BIM 360 is advantageous.
- **Knowledge of Local Standards**: Understanding of local codes, standards, and regulations related to MEP systems in India.
