**Job Title: Sales Coordinator**

**Location: Chennai, Parrys**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Approving sale order in the software following sales process.
- Maintaining the branch assets /stock in working & good condition.
- Maintaining Housekeeping of the branch.
- Act as single point contact between Sales Team & operation team for all sales related activities.
- Sending order acknowledgment to the customer within 2 working days from date of sales order approval.
- Support the branch sales team in sending mail correspondence to customer related to,payment,overdue, dispatch.
- Reminder mails on Overdue/not due payment to customer on daily basis.
- Giving dispatch clearance to Sales Order on receipt of clearance from respective Sales Team.
- Handling Petty cash and submitting the accounts statement following Petty cash handling process.
- Maintaining the Backlog record for the branches handled.
- Maintaining statutory related documents as required and instructed by HR/W&H/Finance team.
- Hospitality and handling the business of counter sales customer,attending the board landline no,handling common mail id of branch.
- Forwarding the enquiry received over phone or common mail or direct visit to sales team through the Software system available.
- Updating and sending payment status of the customer handled by their branch to finance.

15. Handling E commerce enquiries, participating in E bids, Tenders taking guidance from branch head.

16. Creating customer master in the software system available.
- Sending Sales report on daily basis.

**PROFILE**:
**EDUCATION**: Graduate in any discipline from a reputed institute

**EXPERIENCE**:2+year experience preferred.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**: MS Office, Excel, Communication Skill.
