**About the Role**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Purchase Intern** to join our Procurement team for a 6-month internship. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the purchasing and supply chain processes of a dynamic organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the purchase team in sourcing vendors and collecting quotations.
- Maintain and update purchase records, vendor databases, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requisitions and approvals.
- Track and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Help in price comparison and basic cost analysis.
- Assist in resolving issues related to delivery, invoices, or purchase discrepancies.
- Support in inventory checks and reporting as needed.
- Ensure proper filing of contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.

**Eligibility & Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in **Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.**:

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and basic familiarity with ERP systems (preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.

**What You’ll Learn**:

- Use of ERP tools and procurement software
- Interdepartmental collaboration in a corporate setup

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month

Schedule:
