**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote GPC Agrochemicals' products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide informed product recommendations to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably in the agricultural industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to speak and write fluently in one of the following language **Bengali/ Odia/Telugu/Kannada/ Malayalam.**
