**ob Title: QA Engineer (CRM/Dynamics CRM)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop test plans, scenarios, and cases based on business, user, and functional/non-functional requirements.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, weekly planning, and refinement meetings.
- Utilize JIRA for project planning and tracking.
- Collaborate regularly with Product Owners to understand requirements and translate them into test strategies.
- Conduct automated and manual tests using user-level test automation tools and/or behavior-driven test scenarios.
- Validate and document testing completion to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
- Identify and document defects, work closely with development teams to resolve issues, and ensure high-quality releases.
- Contribute to a culture of learning and knowledge sharing within the QA team.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Strong SQL skills for data creation, updates, and deletion.
- Hands-on experience with API testing and automation.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in both manual and automation testing environments.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies within Agile and iterative project management with continuous delivery.
- Experience testing APIs, REST clients, web interfaces, mobile interfaces, and database logic.
- **Familiarity with Dynamics CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing is a plus.**:

- 1+ years of experience with Web Automation tools - Katalon Studio, Selenium, or Appium.
- Experience in running test cases to certify builds, new features, and evaluate usability and functionality.
- Understanding of mobile software development challenges is a plus.
- Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for assignments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Works well under pressure with challenging business deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to document and present QA/testing findings effectively.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
