We are looking for a motivated and skilled Telecaller who can assist clients and students, driving both conversions and business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction**: Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients and students. Provide detailed information about our digital marketing services and courses.
- **Lead Conversion**: Follow up on leads, nurture them, and convert inquiries into sales. Persuasively communicate the value of our offerings.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and students. Address queries, concerns, and provide support as needed.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from clients and students to help improve our services and course offerings.
- **Database Management**: Maintain an organized record of calls, leads, and conversions in our CRM system.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead conversions and sales.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is preferred. Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills in [specify language(s) needed], with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- **Customer-Centric**: A strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
- **Sales-Oriented**: Results-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
- **Availability**: Must be available to work during business hours, with flexibility for occasional extended hours.
