**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and execution of test plans and test cases to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Oversee the automation of test scripts using Selenium and TestNG to improve testing efficiency.
- Provide expertise in Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
- Utilize Java programming skills to develop and maintain automated test scripts.
- Manage and track defects using Jira ensuring timely resolution and communication with the development team.
- Implement and maintain build automation using Maven to streamline the build process.
- Perform database testing using PL/SQL to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide input on testability and quality.
- Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure software stability and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Develop and maintain test documentation including test plans test cases and test scripts.
- Provide regular status updates on testing progress and quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in testing methodologies and best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong experience in Jenkins Java TestNG Jira Selenium Maven and PL/SQL.
- Have a solid understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
- Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance domain is a plus.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Show proficiency in test automation and continuous integration tools.
- Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
- Be adaptable to a hybrid work model with day shifts.
- Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
- Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Show a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Exhibit a passion for quality and continuous improvement.
