Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement new menu items
- Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks
- Oversee food Preparation’s
- Maintain inventory and order supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Plan and manage food and labor c
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Experience with creating and executing vegan, healthy food recipes, continental recipes, and Indian recipes

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Chef or Kitchen Manager
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Experience with menu development and cost management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Culinary degree or relevant experience
- Experience with vegan, healthy food recipes, continental recipes, and Indian recipes

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Shift allowance

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Rangareddy - 500081, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Chef: 5 years (preferred)
