**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining financial records and ledgers, ensuring accuracy and compliance

with company policies.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow statements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns, such as GST, TDS, etc.
- Support in auditing processes and coordinate with auditors as required.
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
- Track and record office expenses and ensure proper documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, MS Excel).
- Familiarity with basic tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
