**Job Title: Gold Loans Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Customer Acquisition**: Promote gold loan products to potential customers, achieving sales targets through effective outreach and engagement strategies.
- **Client Interaction**: Understand clients’ financial needs and offer suitable gold loan solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes to effectively position Jana Small Finance Bank’s gold loan products.
- **Customer Service**: Address client inquiries and resolve issues related to gold loans, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- **Compliance and Documentation**: Ensure that all transactions and documentation comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Maintain accurate records and reports.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 0-5 years of experience in gold loans, banking, or related financial services.
- **Education**: Any

**Skills**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Understanding of gold loan products, financial regulations, and market dynamics.

**Personal Traits**:

- Self-starter with a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
