Pre Primary Mother Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the CBSE curriculum.
- Conduct classroom activities, including storytelling, art, music, and play-based learning.
- Monitor and supervise children to ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.
- Provide individual attention to children to support their emotional, social, and academic development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children’s progress and any concerns.
- Organize and participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and comprehensive pre-primary program..
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Discipline / Early Years Foundation Stage + Bachelor’s Degree in Education
- Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and early childhood education principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the lead teacher and other staff members.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
