We are looking for an experienced & qualified FREIGHT BROKER for our US based logistics company who has excellent communication skills & Good knowledge of communicating with shippers, customers and drivers.

**Some of the responsibilities will be**:

- Generate leads and attract new prospects and develop a sales pipeline of shippers.
- Identify and select reputable and safe carriers to insure the highest quality service for accounts and their shipping lanes.
- Provide customers with shipping quotes.
- Knowledge of POWER DAT, TRUCK STOP, ITS DISPATCH, etc.
- Assist to prepare carriers for loads.
- Collaborate with shippers, carriers and dispatchers to manage scheduled collections and drop-offs.
- Maintain communication with customers and carriers on transit times, appointment times and current locations of trucks in transit. Verify when deliveries were made.
- Maintain current knowledge of freight carrier services and be effective in attracting new customers and ensuring customer retention. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

**MUST HAVE**:

- 6+ months of experience as a freight broker in a US based logistics company
- Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- MUST prove previous proof of employment including salary slips and/or bank statement of salary account alongwith previous company's joining letter

We are regularly looking for experienced customer-focused freight brokers to serve as a single point of contact between freight carriers and our customers. In this position, your responsibilities would include nurturing your current client base, securing new accounts, expediting the information-sharing process, and communicating with dispatchers, drivers, and clients.
