Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design and implement engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the IGCSE curriculum and promote student understanding of chemistry concepts.
- **Teaching**: Deliver high-quality instruction in chemistry to students, using a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- **Assessment**: Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement.
- **Classroom Management**: Create and maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and inquiry.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with fellow faculty members to enhance the overall science curriculum and participate in departmental meetings and professional development opportunities.
- **Student Support**: Provide additional support to students outside of classroom hours, including tutoring, mentoring, and advising on academic progress.
- **Parent Communication**: Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities, fostering a strong school-home connection.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s and Master's degree in Chemistry, along with a B.Ed are preferred.
- **Experience**: Prior teaching experience in chemistry, preferably in an IGCSE or international curriculum setting.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of the IGCSE chemistry curriculum and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Proficiency in using technology and educational tools to enhance learning.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
