We are looking for a Business Operations Associate to contribute to the growth of our company. We’re searching for professionals who are passionate about creating long-term value for our organization.

**Roles and responsibilities**
- Overseeing the sales process to attract new clients.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
- Maximizing the client base of the organization with digital marketing.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Researching and identifying new market opportunities.
- Preparing and delivering pitches to potential investors.
- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our organization.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Ability to handle our social media pages and keep them active by creating and putting up regular posts for them.
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Manage sales pipeline.
- Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages.
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
- Managing talent acquisition and talent management.
- Coordinating with TPO for Campus placements.
- Assisting with Pre-Employment Processes.
- HR administrative tasks.
- Introducing and setting up the HR processes as the need arises.

**Skills/requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
- Excellent and enticing written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research, networking, and leadership skills.
- Efficient in working with technology, productivity tools, and software.
- High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision-making.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.

**Job Location**:Noida (UP)

**Salary**: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
