Job Description – Data Privacy Lead (Senior Manager / Associate Director) – NoidaLocation: Noida Role Level: Senior Manager / Associate Director Qualification: Open to all (Any graduate/post-graduate) Immediate joiners preferredRole OverviewWe are looking for a Data Privacy Lead with strong hands-on experience in technical implementation of privacy frameworks, global privacy standards, and enterprise-wide policy implementation. The ideal candidate should be able to lead privacy programs, implement controls, manage compliance initiatives, and work closely with global stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation of global data privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, ISO 27701, etc.).Oversee privacy impact assessments (PIA/DPIA), data flow mapping, and gap assessments.Manage technical implementation of privacy controls across applications, infrastructure, and cloud.Drive creation, rollout, and maintenance of privacy policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.Collaborate with IT, InfoSec, Legal, Product, and Business teams to ensure compliance.Lead incident response for privacy breaches and coordinate remediation with technical teams.Implement and monitor data subject rights (DSR/DSAR) mechanisms.Conduct vendor privacy risk assessments and oversee third-party compliance.Train teams on privacy standards, policies, and best practices.Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership and global audit reviews.Required Skills & Experience8–14+ years of experience in Data Privacy & Protection.Strong expertise in global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, PDPA, ISO 27701, etc.).Technical understanding of data classification, encryption, access controls, DLP, IAM, and cloud privacy.Proven experience implementing privacy tooling (e.g., OneTrust, BigID, Securiti.ai).Experience leading privacy governance, policy rollout, and enterprise-wide privacy programs.Strong stakeholder communication and team leadership skills.Industry certifications preferred: CIPT, CIPP/E, CIPM, ISO 27701 Lead Auditor/Implementer.
