**Responsibilities**:

- Develop captivating course materials, including PPTs, Assignments, Assessments, Presentation decks, and Brochures.
- Define clear learning goals, design comprehensive assessments, and create visually appealing content presentations.
- Conduct rigorous quality checks to maintain high standards in our eLearning materials.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, particularly in the financial industry.
- Showcase your creativity, innovative thinking, and ability to engage learners effectively.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work seamlessly with SMEs and the team.
- Genuine passion for education and creating impactful learning experiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Volunteer
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 48 per week

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
