Kochi Kerala, India Internet Leads Training Full time

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver interactive training sessions on Flutter and Dart for students and professionals (online/offline).
- Design course materials, hands-on assignments, and projects based on current industry standards.
- Explain core concepts such as widget trees, state management, API integration, Firebase, and UI/UX principles.
- Provide mentorship and doubt-clearing sessions to ensure deep understanding.
- Conduct demo sessions and assist in handling training inquiries and admissions when required.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in Flutter and mobile app development.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and engagement in both individual and group sessions.
- Ensure all training videos and course materials developed for the company remain company property and are not used for personal or outside purposes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Firebase, third-party libraries, and state management solutions (e.g., Provider, BLoC).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in teaching/training is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
