1. **Patient Care & Clinical Duties**
- **Daily Ward Rounds**: Conduct thorough assessments of inpatients, formulate and implement treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.
- **Emergency Response**: Provide immediate care during medical emergencies, including performing life-saving procedures such as CPR and stabilizing patients until specialists are available.
- **Procedures**: Perform basic medical procedures, including IV insertions, wound dressing, and phlebotomy.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and timely medical records, including admission notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries.
- 2. **Collaboration & Supervision**:

- **Team Coordination**: Work closely with consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- **Mentorship**: Guide and supervise junior medical staff or interns, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

3. **Administrative & Compliance Duties**
- **Medical Records**: Ensure compliance with hospital policies and legal regulations by maintaining comprehensive patient records.
- **Quality Assurance**: Participate in hospital quality assurance initiatives, including attending training sessions and adhering to safety protocols.
- **Shift Management**: Oversee medical activities during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth operation and continuity of care.
- Qualifications & Skills
- **Education**: MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
- **Experience**: 1-6 years in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital environment.
- **Certifications**: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications may be required.
- **Skills**: Strong clinical and diagnostic abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in using medical equipment and electronic health records (EHR).
- Work Environment
- **Shift-Based Duties**: Including nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on hospital requirements.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
