**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for fertilizer products.
- Identify and prospect new customers, including farmers, agricultural cooperatives, and retailers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, both.
- Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and training to customers
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or related field.
- Ability to achieve sales target.
