User Experience Design Associate

We are looking for a passionate User Experience Designer to join us in driving an appealing transformation for our users and products by creating simple, usable, and consistent designs across solutions.

**What you’ll do**
- Communicate your ideas to a range of stakeholders and audiences through presentation and storytelling.
- Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and more experienced designers at a strategic level to frame what should be built and how to get there.
- Help support development projects by delivering pixel-perfect graphical assets and detailed design specifications for the target UI technology in order to enable the implementation of the product’s visual identity.
- Contribute to strategic thinking, exploratory user research, concept testing, user journey maps, storyboards, low-to-high fidelity prototyping, hypothesis testing, usability studies and experimentation as needed to define the functionality of a product.
- Be responsible for the UI throughout the development lifecycle, as well as continuously broadening your horizon on design methodologies, technologies, and upcoming trends.

**What you bring**
- You should be proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Mural, etc.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, User Experience Design or other related fields.
- Good understanding of fundamental visual design disciplines (typography, iconography, composition, color, layout, etc.)
- Ability to articulate rationale of design and research decision making in a clear and logical manner via conversations or presentations.
- Fluency both written and spoken in English.

**Tech you bring**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in User Experience Design.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team. Help support and work closely with senior designer.
