**Role Description: Academic Counsellor**:
This is a **full-time, on-site role** based in **Pune**. The **Academic Counsellor** will be responsible for guiding prospective students in selecting suitable SAP courses, assisting them throughout the admission process, and providing career counseling to help them achieve their professional goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel prospective students regarding **SAP training programs** and **career growth opportunities**.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions to assess students’ educational backgrounds and career aspirations.
- Manage the **end-to-end admission process**, including lead follow-ups, documentation, and enrollment.
- Maintain and update student records and communication logs in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the **training and operations team** to ensure smooth onboarding and student satisfaction.
- Participate in **seminars, webinars, and orientation sessions** to promote the institute’s programs.
- Achieve monthly targets related to student enrollment and lead conversions.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Education, Counseling, Business Administration**, or a related field.
- Minimum **1-2 years of experience** in academic counseling, educational sales, or career guidance (preferably in the EdTech or training sector).
- Excellent **communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills**.
- Ability to understand student requirements and provide **personalized counseling**.
- Strong **organizational and follow-up skills**.
- Basic understanding of **SAP courses and ERP domain** will be an added advantage.
